Pascal, that's me! Born in France (hence the what you might call good looks 😉), and raised in Southampton, England, I am a 36 year old, 26 year old wannabe! I moved to Galway in 2005 with a dream to open my own coffee shop. Oh, and to marry my now wife Aine - no way was I gonna get this Galway Girl off this island!
After a tough few years in Moycullen as part of a bigger franchise, Pascal Coffee House was born in April 2011 in Edward Square, Galway. Fast forward a couple of years and, well, let's just say the future's bright, with the opening of my second shop in Lower Abbeygate Street in September 2015.

If you're looking for the personal touch, it doesn't get more personal than this. From the pictures on the walls, to the Spotify playlist. From the menu designs to the logo above the door. Everything, and I mean everything, is a product of my own two hands and this slightly OCD brain of mine! No interior designers, no graphic designers. No photographers, no website developers… Yes, I even put this website together myself.
Like it or not, step foot in Pascal Coffee House, and you will get a true glimpse of who I am.

With nearly 20 years of catering experience, not only do I have passion for coffee, I LOVE food. In fact, everything on our menu has been carefully selected to please my taste buds, and I can assure you yours won't be disappointed either!
With customer service at the top of my priorities list, I surround myself with the best people I can find. It's not by chance that Pascal Coffee House has consistently held one of the top 5 spots on TripAdvisor's Galway coffee shops for the last 5 years. Nearly every one of the reviews that put us there mention our customer service and the friendliness of our staff!

I also believe a successful business is one that allows you to spend time with your family, and I do plenty of that. You might often see me running around the Salthill prom after my two boys, Charlie (8) and Harry (6), the inspirations behind the family friendly atmosphere we are known for at Pascal Coffee House.

#ilovethisplace… and I hope you do too!

See you in there!

Pascal.
